As a non-EU citizen, you will have to apply for a long-stay student national visa (Type of Visa: National-D, Category 'D.1.1 Studies') through the Hellenic Embassy or Consular authority in your country. Upon arrival in Greece, you will need to apply for a long-term residence permit for studies.
